At Whistler ATV we want to get outside and into the beautiful backcountry as badly as you do. We are dedicated to creating a backcountry environment for our guests while respecting social distancing practices. There’s no better place to than the open air of BC Backcountry!

Here is what we are doing to help protect our guests, staff and loved ones:


Drive yourself to our base office. Save time and money, we are located closer to Vancouver and have ample FREE parking! Located just south of Whistler village off of the Callaghan Valley Rd. we are easily accessible right off the highway!

If you are staying in the Whistler Village without transportation we can arrange for a shuttle, but we are highly recommending you drive yourself. Shuttles are limited.

We are cleaning all equipment used by staff and guests after every use. Maintaining government recommended social distancing while signing guests up, during orientation and of course, while on trail! 

Whistler ATV provides a hand washing station, disposable masks and gloves.

Here is what we are recommending:

Please show up ready to go! When you drive yourself to our base you can leave anything you don’t need safely in your vehicle. 

We recommend that you book and pay online in advance, however we are taking same day bookings and are accepting all forms of payment

If you are sharing an ATV we recommend that you do so with those from your same household or circle. Please respect social distancing measures while visiting us.

If you have any signs of illness, please stay home. 

We are recommending small private groups only and will be offering multiple, staggered tour times (other than listed on our website) as we encourage social distancing.

We recommend driving yourself to our base facility with FREE parking available. Please arrive for the start of your tour time, we recommend you try to give yourself 15 mins to get ready for your tour time. 

Yes! If you would prefer to drive yourselves to our Brandywine Base Facility available with FREE parking. It is easily accessed 15 minutes south of Whistler in the Callaghan Valley.

All tours include FREE parking, helmets, boots, clothing and goggles, fuel, machine rental and your guide for the tour – gratuity for your guide not included.


All children between the ages of 5 and 12 can ride as passengers for free! Kids must be at least 5 years old and accompanied by an adult to participate with Whistler ATV tours. We do offer side by side vehicles for families with small children who are not comfortable riding as a passenger on an ATV. Side by side vehicles are only available for Easy Rider tours. * One child under the age of 12 can ride for free with one full paying adult driver. 


ATV tours operate rain or shine and are arguably more fun when it does rain! In the event that the weather changes and rain is in the forecast, Whistler ATV will provide full rain gear including jacket, pants and rubber boots. Please be aware that is the event of inclement weather, tours can be combined or cancelled.

For day-of bookings and large groups or general questions, please contact us directly at 604-932-6681 or email A credit card is required to hold all reservations at the time of booking. Credit cards will not be charged until the time of a ATV tour with other methods of payment accepted.


There is a 24 hour cancellation policy in effect for all bookings both online, over the phone and in-person. Any bookings that are modified or cancelled within 24 hours of the trip departure time will be liable for the full price of the original booking. Whistler ATV reserves the right to cancel or combine any ATV tour due to inclement weather.


Collision Coverage of $25 per driver is mandatory on all ATV tours. The Collision Coverage will eliminate any additional costs associated with any accidental damage to Whistler ATV vehicles including all parts. This Collision Coverage is mandatory and can not be voided from any ATV tour booking.  Group bookings and any 3 hour ATV Tours including the Top of the World tour will require an open credit card imprint for damage deposit in place of a Collision Coverage fee.


Shuttle transportation is not recommended by Whister ATV. If you are staying in the Whistler Village without transportation we can arrange for a shuttle, but we are highly recommending you drive yourself. Shuttles are limited. The Brandywine Base Facility is located 10km south of the Whistler Village and is where you will start your ATV tour. Guests are also welcome to drive themselves to our Base Facility available with FREE parking.


All Whistler ATV drivers are required be at least 19 with a full valid driver’s license with no restrictions to be able to operate an ATV. All ATV tours require a minimum of 2 ATV drivers to operate an ATV trip. One child under the age of 12 can ride for free with one full paying adult driver. 


Whistler ATV tours involve many risks, dangers and hazards which are outlined in our Release of Liability Agreement that is required to be signed at the time of your trip. Waiver agreements can only be signed by participants of at least 19 years of age. Under age passengers are required to have a parent or legal guardian sign for them. All guests are required to read and sign before participating in any of our ATV tours. The agreement will affect your legal rights should you be involved in an accident. Copies of this agreement are available from our head office and base facility.
