PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION ON WHAT TO EXPECT AT WHISTLER ATV

At Whistler ATV we want to get outside and into the beautiful backcountry as badly as you do. We are dedicated to creating a backcountry environment for our guests while respecting social distancing practices. There’s no better place to than the open air of BC Backcountry!

The health and safety of our guests and our team is a top priority. We are following the government mandates and safety guidelines outlined by WorkSafe BC with regards to opening safely, providing adequate distance, and updated health & safety measures.

  • Drive yourself to our Base Facility: Save time and money! We are located north of Vancouver and have ample FREE parking! Located just south of Whistler village directly off Hwy #99 at Callaghan Valley Road. Click Here for directions or GOOGLE MAPS: “Whistler ATV Tours.” 
  • Arrive on time: Please show up ready to go. When you drive yourself to our base you can leave anything you don’t need safely in your vehicle. 
  • Book and pay online: We recommend that you book and pay online in advance, however we are taking same day bookings and are accepting all forms of payment. 
  • Bring what you can: We recommend you wear whatever gear you have in order to minimize indoor time and using our gear. Anything you don’t have we will provide.
  • Social distance: We are recommending small private groups and will be offering multiple, staggered tour times (other than listed on our website) as we encourage social distancing. If you are sharing an ATV we suggest that you do so with those from your same household or circle. Please respect social distancing measures while visiting us. 

If you have any signs of illness, or are showing Covid-19 symptoms please stay home. 

Protocol:

  • All employees complete a health screening before starting their shift to ensure they are in good health.
  • Employees will be wearing masks during the tour for your safety and will have sanitizer available.
  • Wherever possible we have installed plexiglass barriers.
  • Guest helmets & goggles are sanitized after use, and on a rotation.
  • Guest gear and equipment is sanitized.
  • Washrooms are disinfected frequently, additional hand sanitizer provided.
  • Vehicles and equipment are sanitized after each use, including all high touch points/surfaces.
  • Additional hand sanitizer in vehicles, and at all desk and base locations.
  • Directional flow at base locations with an IN and OUT door, extra space and time provided for self serve guest gear, and covered waiting areas outside.
  • Guests will be required to wear a mask in all facilities, vehicles, and whenever physical distancing is not possible. Please wear your own mask if you have one, otherwise we will have masks available.
  • Counters, credit card machines and tablets sanitized after each guest use.
  • Physical distancing is encouraged at all times (minimum of 2 metres).
  • Guests are required to consent to a non-invasive temperature check.
