IMPORTANT POLICIES AND FAQ

WHISTLER ATV POLICIES

All persons driving an ATV must be 19+ years old with a full valid driver’s license (N is Valid, L is not). All drivers will be asked to show their license upon check in. We accept international licenses.

All participants must read and complete a mandatory Release of Liability and Waiver Form prior to participating in any Whistler ATV activity. Any persons under the age of 19 must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign on their behalf.

We require at least 24 hours notice prior to your tour for any changes or cancellations. Tours cancelled within 24 hours of tour time & ‘no shows’ are liable for the full price of their booking. We reserve the right to cancel or combine any tour due to inclement weather, un-foreseeable hazards, or insufficient bookings. Full refunds will be made, or alternate dates will be offered in these situations.

Under no circumstance is any person allowed to be under the influence of any drug or alcohol when participating in a Whistler ATV activity regardless of whether they are a driver or passenger. If you are even slightly suspected of intoxication you will be denied service and will not receive any refund.

All passengers must be at least 5+ years old on the day of the tour. All drivers must be 19+ years old with a full valid driver’s license.

A zero-deductible $35 collision coverage fee is mandatory for each driver. 3 Hour and group tours will be subject to a credit card imprint as damage deposit.

Adventure sport activities are not recommended for individuals who suffer back or neck pain, heart or respiratory distress. Consult your physician prior to participation.

Safety regulations do not allow for any pregnant person to ride as a driver or passenger on any Whistler ATV Tours.

It is mandatory for all participants of Whistler ATV Tours to wear a Department of Transport Safety (DOT) Approved Full Faced Helmet while on tour – we will provide this as part of your tour.

On a 2-hour round trip tour, participants get about 1.5 hours of actual ride time. On a 3-hour round trip tour, participants get about 2.5 hours of actual ride time.

FAQs

Please meet us 15 minutes prior to your tour time at our Base Facility in the Brandywine Valley. It is conveniently located 15 minutes South of Whistler Village with ample free parking. GOOGLE MAPS “Whistler ATV Tours” or APPLE MAPS “Brandywine Base Facility” for directions. Find a map HERE.

We recommend dressing appropriate for the weather. If it is cold or raining, a hoodie and rain gear is recommended. If it is warm, then a T-shirt and wind breaker would be best. Closed toed shoes are mandatory.

We recommend participants bring any gear that they have. Anything you do not have we can provide. We will have full face DOT helmets, rain gear, goggles, gloves and boots available to rent at no extra charge in a variety of sizes. Also included in your tour will be the machine rental, fuel and one of our guides – gratuity for your guide is not included.

Of course! Cameras and GoPros are encouraged to help you capture the beautiful Brandywine Valley and surrounding Whistler back-country. Just make sure you have a secure place to store them (trails get dusty!). Some of our helmets do have GoPro mounts on them already. If you get a good shot, don’t forget to tag #WhistlerATV on your social media or @WhistlerATV on Facebook and Instagram.
