The Top of the World tour gives experienced ATV riders access to a high alpine trail network with panoramic views on this ultimate backcountry tour. Single track terrain becomes more technical and requires confident experience as guides take our guests to an elevation of around 5000ft bringing you to altitude with unique perspective of the infamous Black Tusk and surrounding mountain landscape.

The Top of the World Tour does not allow for passengers to ride with an ATV. The high alpine trails and terrain is not safe for passengers travelling on the back of off road vehicles. Only ATV drivers are allowed to participate in a Top of the World Tour. For drivers and passengers wanting to participate together, please consider our popular Bushwacker ATV Tour. 


ATV tours operate rain or shine and are arguably more fun when it does rain! In the event that the weather changes and rain is in the forecast, Whistler ATV will provide full rain gear including jacket, pants and rubber boots. Please be aware that is the event of inclement weather, tours can be combined or cancelled.

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy in effect for all bookings both online, over the phone and in-person. Any bookings that are modified or cancelled within 24 hours of the trip departure time will be liable for the full price of the original booking. Whistler ATV reserves the right to cancel or combine any ATV tour due to inclement weather.


Collision Coverage of $25 per driver is mandatory on all ATV tours. The Collision Coverage will eliminate any additional costs associated with any accidental damage to Whistler ATV vehicles including all parts. This Collision Coverage is mandatory and can not be voided from any ATV tour booking.  Group bookings and any 3 hour ATV Tours including the Top of the World tour will require an open credit card imprint for damage deposit in place of a Collision Coverage fee.


All ATV tour times are scheduled as round trip from the Whistler Village. Pick ups are available through Whistler ATV from our office location in the Hilton Whistler Resort and major Whistler hotels including The Fairmont Resort, Legends Creekside, Nita Lake Lodge Creekside, and the Four Seasons. The Brandywine Base Facility is located 10km south of the Whistler Village and is where you will start your ATV tour. Guests are also welcome to drive themselves to our Base Facility and asked to make this aware to Whistler ATV at the time of booking or if plans change.


All Whistler ATV drivers are required to least 19 years of age and have a full valid driver’s license with no restrictions to be able to operate an ATV. All ATV tours require a minimum of 2 ATV drivers to operate an ATV trip. One child under the age of 12 can ride for free with one full paying adult driver. 


Whistler ATV tours involve many risks, dangers and hazards which are outlined in our Release of Liability Agreement that is required to be signed at the time of your trip. Waiver agreements can only be signed by participants of at least 19 years of age. Under age passengers are required to have a parent or legal guardian sign for them. All guests are required to read and sign before participating in any of our ATV tours. The agreement will affect your legal rights should you be involved in an accident. Copies of this agreement are available from our head office and base facility.
